Meet Where2Mud Ambassador Billy Neely of Veterans Off-Road Riders

Where2Mud is proud to welcome Billy Neely of Veterans Off-Road Riders to our Ambassador team.

Based in Columbiana, Alabama, Billy spends much of his riding time at Top Trails in Talladega, Alabama, but his connection to the off-road community goes far beyond where he rides.

For Billy, off-roading is more than a hobby. It is a way to relax, clear his mind, spend time outdoors, and connect with the people who matter most.

More Than a Ride

Billy says riding has become an important form of PTSD therapy for him, giving him an opportunity to step away from everyday pressures and enjoy the outdoors.

It is also something he and his wife can enjoy together.

Through off-roading, Billy has been able to meet new people, spend time with friends and family, and become part of a community built around fellowship, friendship, and shared experiences.

“For me, the off-road community is about fellowship, relaxation, friendship, and enjoying time with the people who matter most.”

That sense of connection is also at the heart of Veterans Off-Road Riders, the community Billy represents.

Connecting Veterans and First Responders

One of Billy’s biggest goals is to reach veterans and first responders who may be dealing with PTSD and introduce them to the connection, camaraderie, and outlet that the off-road community can provide.

Through Veterans Off-Road Riders, he hopes to continue building relationships and creating opportunities for people to connect with others who understand what they are going through.

That mission made becoming a Where2Mud Ambassador a natural fit.

Billy wanted to join the Ambassador program not only to help grow the Where2Mud name and mission, but also to expand his ability to network with riders, veterans, and first responders across the off-road community.

“Becoming an ambassador allows me to support Where2Mud while also spreading knowledge, building relationships, and helping connect people through the off-road community.”
